NEUROFEEDBACK is a cutting-edge therapeutic technique that helps individuals gain control over their brain function through real-time monitoring and feedback. During a neurofeedback session, non-invasive sensors are placed over the scalp to measure brainwave activity, which is then displayed on an interactive screen. This information allows individuals to see their brain activity patterns and learn how to regulate them through the use of operant conditioning (encouraging behavior through positive reinforcement).

By engaging in fun exercises and activities – such as computer games, videos, and music controlled by the mind - guided by our trained therapists, clients can retrain their brainwaves to achieve a more balanced and optimal state. Neurofeedback works on a subconscious level, and thus, the brain intuitively learns to change its patterns without too much effort on the part of the participant.

This non-invasive and drug-free approach has been shown to be effective in addressing a variety of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, executive dysfunction, learning disabilities, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and sleep disturbances. See research below.
